    "content": "I have not seen a Report of this size and detail for a long time. You know I have been here for long. Unless it is confirmed otherwise, I am sure that the Public Accounts Committee called all the people who are involved in these cases to explain what they did. I am sure the accounting officer, Dr. Juma, must have been called to the Committee to explain. Unless you can prove that this Report was done without calling these people to account for their frauds, we should not make that amendment being sought by Hon. Baya. Again, this is work which has taken a long time. Even if she is reprimanded wrongly, she can explain herself in the next stage and she will be relieved. So, I urge the House not to approve that amendment by Hon. Baya."
