    "content": "It is for this reason that I support this Report. I want to first indicate that it would be really important, as we look at the recommendations, to note that the Committee has been thorough. As has been pointed out by colleagues here, I want to laud the Auditor-General. I hope we will not be giving him responsibility to report on what should be standard practice. For example, I refer to the recommendation with regard to documentation on financial statements and the recommendation that would be indicating that Cabinet Secretaries take immediate action to ensure ministries, department and agencies adhere to standards."
