    "content": "Unsupported expenditure is the other thing that is worrying the Auditor-General so much. Many of the reports which come to this House show that money has been spent, but nothing is supporting that claim. This is a fact in every ministry. I heard my colleague say that when we give out bursaries, we do not get back receipts that will make the Auditor-General confirm that we paid money to certain institutions especially schools.
