    "content": "It is quite interesting that they also re-examine our public debt. This is a country that is shouldering very huge burdens on public debt. We understand that the Executive, namely, the President, his deputy and a few Cabinet Secretaries can sit down and unilaterally decide on when and where to borrow. We are carrying with us a financial burden in terms of debts that will be paid not just by this generation, but by many generations to come."
