    "content": "We have accountants plugged in various Government agencies who delay submission of their audit reports to the Auditor-General. I want to challenge them today to pay much attention to the Public Procurement and Disposal Act and the PFM Act as the guiding principles. We noted in the course of our re-examination of certain audit reports by the Auditor-General and the Special Funds Account Committee that many times the presentation of important documents is delayed too much and hence it affects the work of the Auditor-General.
