    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, I beg to reply. 1. Tigania East Constituency has actually been allocated funds during the last eight years to the tune of Kshs43.9 million. Out of the total, Kshs37.5 million has been allocated to water supply projects and Kshs6.4 million was allocated for irrigation projects. 2. My Ministry is allocating enough funds amounting to Kshs25 million this financial year, necessary to complete Marega Irrigation Projects and this will be done as follows: i. My Ministry has allocated Kshs4 million through the Development budget; ii. There is another allocation of Kshs21 million through the Economic Stimulus Package."
