    "content": "I thank the Hon. Shabbir for bringing this Petition. I urge this House to help the people of Kisumu County, especially with the environmental challenges caused by this dumpsite. Secondly, I plead with the County Government of Kisumu not to use this dumpsite as a cash cow. Imagine Kshs100 million spent, but there is nothing to show on the ground. As I speak now, in the supplementary budget of the county government, they have lined up another Kshs200 million for the relocation of this dumpsite. At the end of the day, they would have spent Kshs300 million. If we cannot save Kisumu City, I do not know who else will do so. I truly believe the Committee of this House will help our people. I thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir."
