    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I also support this Petition. I request the Committee that is going to look into this Petition to look at the issues of dumping and management of waste in all counties. It has become a business where county governments enter into partnership, they are paid some money for recycling but recycling is done in few places. These people are no longer collecting the waste and neither are they managing the dumpsites. This is an important Petition that will help us to look at the regulations and policies that govern disposal and waste management in our counties. It is a serious Petition and I want to congratulate my friend, Hon. Shabbir, for having thought of this important Petition and having faith in this House. I do concur that we should look at it before its time lapses."
