    "content": "I am concluding, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. The following are the challenges and recommendations of the Committee. One of the challenges is the budgetary allocation to the committee. This is in view of the massive and extensive nature of the Committee‟s budgets, mandates and being the main enabler of the Big Four Agenda, the criteria for allocation of funds to the committees, which is based on equity, is inadequate to facilitate the committee efficiently. Secondly, there is the issue of the Committee rooms in terms of sittings of the committees. There is a lack or shortage of facilities for meetings and, further, lack of facilities in some of these committee rooms. This issue needs to be urgently addressed. Thank you Mr. Deputy Speaker Sir.
