    "content": "Two, county governments have complained about the Integrated Financial Management Information System (IFMIS). Today we had a very interesting discussion with the Governor of Kirinyaga who, at some point, was the Director of IFMIS and was responsible for the roll out of the system. It was interesting to listen to her perceptions, now that she is a user and is not at the other side of the national Treasury. We will be bringing the resolutions of some of those discussions to this House."
