    "content": "Two, in order to address the reports of county assemblies, county executives and county corporations, it will be possible to have at least two sub-committees running throughout when we expand the numbers. This is so that when we are considering the reports of a county assembly, another sub-Committee will be considering the reports of the executive on the same day. Alternatively, the House may consider establishing another Sessional Committee to consider the Reports of the Auditor-General on county assemblies.
