    "content": "The hon. Member for Ikolomani wanted a Statement to explain why the Ministry of Agriculture had refused to issue a licence. He also wished to be informed of the regulations governing issuance and past practice. When he repeated the request last week, he said that he wanted to know why his factory was being denied a license. In my view, the statement sought by the hon. Khalwale is sub judice . I tabled the two copies of the cases pending in court at the time and are still pending now."
