Usually, when accounts for a quarter are credited with additional funds, a person must satisfy both the Clerks and the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) that he or she has cleared accounts for the previous quota. How come we are dealing with situations where money running into millions of shillings has been credited to accounts which statutory deductions had not been remitted?"
