    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, Clause 23 introduces somebody referred to as an Administrator. When the Senate Committee on Labour and Social Welfare will be looking at this Bill, they should look at the relationship between the CEO, Fund Manager, Custodian and also the Administrator. This is because there are quite a number of officials who are involved in this. Maybe this is the nature of retirement benefit schemes. Initially, I was of the view that there are too many officials provided for in this Bill."
