I did not know that this Statement had been raised before but this does show that we have not had a solution and we would not want this to continue. I do agree with Sen. Mutula Kilonzo Jnr. that it might be a good idea to have both the Committee on Health and the Committee on Lands, Environment and Natural Resources handle the issue.
