    "content": "In fulfillment of that provision, I wish to make a Statement regarding the Managed Equipment Services (MES) as ordered by the Speaker on the 27th of November, 2018 and table an interim report on the same. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, at the Senate Sitting of 21st November, 2018; Sen. Fatuma Dullo, pursuant to Standing Order 48(1) sought a Statement from the Standing Committee on Health on the policy and implementation of the Universal Healthcare (UHC) in the counties.
