    "content": "In the Statement the Committee should- (1) Explain the steps that the Government is recommending in the review of the curriculum for the Kenyan Sign Language used for the deaf and hard of hearing learners; (2) State whether the Ministry of Education has availed resources to support the programmes for purposes of developing instructional materials for the deaf and hard of hearing learners; and, (3) Explain the progress made towards establishing mechanisms for provision of learners with resources that support acquisition of English language for all deaf and hard of hearing learners.
