I was meant to do so yesterday, but I realized that I would not get a chance to contribute to this very important Bill. I am happy that I have got a chance. Madam Temporary Speaker, I support this Bill. I want to start with some areas that, probably, have typographical errors. Clause 23(4) says; “The administrator that distribute to the credit of the members.” That sentence is incomplete. I think some words are missing and they may change the meaning of everything. That needs to be corrected. I suspect what they wanted to say is that the administrator will distribute maybe to the The electronic version of the Senate Hansard Report is for information purposesonly. A certified version of this Report can be obtained from the Hansard Editor, Senate."
