    "content": "Clause 26(3)(a) states- “Where a member leaves employment before one year of membership, the member may opt for payment of his own and the whole of the sponsor‟s contributions, together with allocated investment income;” This goes against the spirit of saving in a pension. I think that this Clause should be removed. Unless it is to cater for a Member of County Assembly (MCA) who can get it when his or her term expires but other than that, this Clause should be removed.
