    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I rise in support of the Motion. I want to say that the consultation and the four steps that we made have proved that Parliament can no longer be taken for granted. In line with the new Constitution, we better learn to consult and consult early, to avoid aggravating Members the way it happened this time.
