    "content": "I would encourage you to pay more attention to the proceedings of the House. For instance, you understand what Standing Order No.227 provides with regard to petitions. As to whether they die or not, that is up to you. You can decide to sanction the chairpersons. You can propose sanctions. That is within your powers and rights. However, of course, just to caution that you would need to carry everybody on board in the proposed sanctions. There is no debate on petitions. This House operates on the basis of rules.
