    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I want to take this early opportunity to congratulate hon. Members of the Committee. But I want to urge them to ensure that they are guided by utmost patriotism when they are doing their job. The days when we used to be guided by parochial issues are over. We are looking forward to this Committee on behalf of the House to ensure that the implementation of this new Constitution is true to the letter and the spirit. We want to ensure that the joy and the happiness that was promised in this new Constitution is realized soonest possible."
