    "content": "Finally, the main objective of the Government Contract Bill which is before this House today is to provide for contracts on behalf of the two levels of Government. It is saying, there will be no contract entered by the national Government without the concurrence of the Attorney- General and same for the county atoner generals. That is what this Bills objective is. This Bill is not providing how goods and services are procured. Those are provided for in the Public Procurement and Assets Disposal Act, 2015."
