Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move: THAT the Bill be amended by inserting the following New Clause immediately after Clause 11— “11A.(1) Any payment that is due arising out of a contract under this Act shall be paid within the terms of the contract or shall be made within thirty days upon completion. (2) All payments of contracts due shall be made according to the sequence of date of completion.”"
