    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I want to bring to your attention that for good reason, those who supported the earlier amendment all left immediately it went through. At times, it is good to conceal your interest. There is another provision which when you read it, is very good. It makes a lot of sense for us who contract with the Government. I want to draw to your attention and the attention of Members that in the event that the Government is not able to pay within those 30 days, it is the taxpayers who will be penalised. The penalties will bankrupt the country."
