    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, this Constitution was voted for overwhelmingly by the people of Kenya, and they have all been waiting to see that it is implemented as quickly as possible. The longer we take in implementing it, the worse it is for the people of Kenya because they start getting wrong interpretations. So, I would urge the Committee of this House to move with speed and work, if possible, for not less than 12 hours so that this Constitution is implemented."
