    "content": "A modern health service in Kenya means a sustainable health for our community that can be taken forward, so that we can reach the level of the developed countries that have already been in a situation that we are in currently. When they look back, they will see that Kenya is not in the place that it was 200 years ago. We want to be fast enough, so that our society can get the best health services. I ask this House to support this institution in budget and many other ways."
