    "content": "I would like to highlight that this is a hospital that has been put up in the most efficient way. If you look at the way projects are done in Kenya, and the way they are costed, this Hospital has spent Kshs8.76 billion to be where it is now. All we need is about Kshs656 million to do a dry run and after that, it will need Kshs1.1 billion to run throughout.
