    "content": "I would like to say that even in my county, many people would have benefited from this facility. This facility should have been operational by now. The other thing that we have recommended as a Committee is that running this hospital should not be done like the models of KNH and Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital (MTRH). This one being in the university should be run by the university management and not by the ministry or parastatal. This is because from the history of this country, the KNH and MTRH have not been very remarkable in terms of providing services."
