    "content": "It is very disheartening when you see these kinds of scenarios and you have a serious healthcare and facility that has taken money from taxpayers lying idle. In my constituency, the life expectancy is 37 years. It is embarrassing for a country that we can at this age and time consider a situation such as KNH facility. This is why I am saying it is embarrassing because the amount of money that goes into corruption alone far much outweighs what can be put into that facility."
