    "content": "I would urge whichever Committee the Petition will go to that they should come up with real-time solutions for the counties across the country. The governors need to be paying bills. They cannot be getting money from the National Treasury and using it on, for example, investor conferences, when they have unpaid bills in the county. They should not do things that are not a priority, when our people are being run out of business because they have no money. They have done the work and provided the services, but the county has not paid. It is unacceptable."
