    "content": "In the Statement the Committee should- (1) Explain why the government has not taken any action against pastoralists from a neighbouring country, who have invaded and taken over the Kapetadiye Dam, which is located on the east of Mogila Mountains in Turkana West sub-county, thereby denying the people of Turkana access to their source of livelihood. (2) Explain the measures that the Government has put in place to end the skirmishes between the pastoralists from the neighbouring country and the Turkana people; ensure that the dam is restored to the people of Turkana and provide a timeframe for the same; and, (3) Explain the measures that the Government is taking to ensure Kenya‟s territorial integrity is secured generally."
