    "content": "Thank you, Madam Temporary Speaker. I support this Motion that gives us an opportunity to retreat to our counties and have engagements with the people that we represent. Madam Temporary Speaker, I am going back to my county disappointed that we have not dealt with this issue of medical equipment. Let us not beat around the bush; this is just looting by law. I am a lawyer and a Senior Counsel in this country. I have never seen a situation where you enter into a contract by compulsion and not by consent."
