I rise to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Foreign Affairs: a) Is the Cabinet Secretary aware that Kenyans were arrested in Lake Victoria on the night of 5th November 2018 under unclear circumstances by Tanzanian authorities and are currently being detained in Musoma, Tanzania? b) What steps has the Ministry taken to end the continued harassment, arrest and detention of Kenyans? c) What is the status of the findings of the Joint Border Survey Committee set up by the governments of Kenya and Uganda on boundaries of the two countries around Migingo Island?"
