The Member for Nambale and I, had a pending Question that the Departmental Committee on Agriculture and Livestock was supposed verify. It was supposed to verify that I had been given a wrong answer by the Ministry. Unfortunately, the visit has been postponed due to some circumstances well explained by the department. I wanted to find out what will befall that particular case in view of the guidance you have given."
