(a) Could the Minister explain the circumstances under which Messrs. Evans Kipkoech Keitany and Brian Kiptanui Birir died while in the custody of Police Officers at Katarakwa Police Post in Koibatek District? (b) Could the Minister provide the postmortem reports and state what action has been taken against the police officers responsible? (c) What action will the Government take to ensure that such deaths, now occurring at high frequency at the police post, do not recur?"
