    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I said that they were first arrested and when they were released, one of them committed suicide. The other one was knocked down, maybe, on his way home. However, going by what hon. Karua has asked, we have instructed the police to investigate this matter thoroughly. I want to assure this House that once the investigations are complete, and once the Attorney-General gives advice on the file, we will take action no matter who is involved. However, as at now, since the investigation report has not come out, let us believe that it is true that the other one was knocked down by a car. The other one might have committed suicide as it is being alleged. Following the circumstances and the consequences which I have already mentioned, we believe that one was hit by a car while the other one committed suicide."
