    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. As an adherent to the rule of law, it is a neater way to go and I support it. We must regulate our SACCOs. They are one of the organisations that are highly misused. We cannot under-regulate. People fundraise and get a lot of money in the name of youth and women, but the monies end up getting misused. I hope the regulations will be brought so that we look at them so that there is sanity in the sector."
