    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I really want to go on record that this Bill, as per Article 112 of the Constitution, will go for mediation. This is a Bill from the Senate and Article 112 of the Constitution says that if the House passes a Bill and amends it, it will have to go for mediation. So, we have amended the Bill that came from the Senate. I am sure when we come back in February, we will be in a position to form a mediation committee."
