    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I was challenged when the Children Bill was brought here. I was told to declare my interest. Other than the fact that I have worked in the children’s sector all my life, I also want to declare permanent interest so that I do not have to declare it in every piece of legislation that comes here. By training, I am a lawyer. So, I must have interest in law. It goes without saying. I also have interest in this Bill because I am also a graduate of the NYS Training College. I was a recruit in the F-Company in Naivasha. I went there reluctantly, but I am happy. In the hindsight, that is one of the best things that happened in my life. Recently, I watched a video by a US Navy Admiral at a commencement speech he was giving at Texas University. It is a very good speech and it has gone viral."
