"content": "I have instructed the Commissioner of Police to establish a special team of investigators who will assist to speed up these investigations, so that whoever is behind this heinous crime can be brought to book. Furthermore, I wish to state here that if the investigations reveal that police officers were involved in these murders, they will not be spared. Our new Constitution is very clear on the sanctity of life and the rights of every citizen. I wish to assure this august House that the law will take its course and anyone who is implicated in these murders will be arraigned in court.
