    "content": "I would like to ask the Chair and his Committee to fast track the payment of the youth who were not paid for the work they did. Some women cooked in many constituencies including in Ijara Constituency and whenever I go to my constituency, I get nightmares because all the youths come to ask me whether I lied to them. They tell me that they thought I am a mother who does not lie. They ask me what is happening to their money. That is one of the reasons that forced me to contribute to this."
