    "content": "The cohort issue has been talked about by my colleagues and it is very important. However, there are a number of youths who have not been paid simply because their money was stolen. It was used to pay for the air that was supplied, unfortunately. So, once this restructuring is done, we want the youths in the constituencies to be paid their money. I support the Bill. It is the best way to go."
