    "content": "So, this Bill will mitigate that by introducing a council to run the organisation. I see a weakness in this because when you recruit people and have them work part time, sometimes the concentration drags. You might find that the director will still be running the organisation. When the council will be part time, they will rely on being informed what is happening in the organisation and sometimes, we lack that concentration. It becomes a bit sketchy for the council."
