    "content": "I support the Bill as it is. It is of no consequence in terms of the ability to professionalise the NYS going forward. That is a matter of faith. If we are unable, in the process of doing that, to take firm action against the perpetrators of crime as has happened, that is going to be a measure of confidence. Going forward, that should not be repeated. Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, in the interest of saving time for others who also want to speak, I want to thank the Committee for the hard work in getting a new framework. Hopefully, the recruitment and operation of the NYS will be loyal to the Constitution and not necessarily to sitting governments, so that they can serve the nation equally across the Republic of Kenya. With those few remarks, I submit and support."
