    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, that is a very good question. We have arrested so many people who were involved in this kind of heinous act. The only problem is that sometimes people do not read newspapers when suspects are taken to court, charged with murder. A murder case is not something you can dispose of tomorrow or the day after tomorrow, because once it emerges that you were involved in the murder, you are also sentenced to be murdered. That is what the old Constitution provides. So, we have to investigate these cases thoroughly, and take those who committed the murder to court. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to congratulate some of my police officers for having done a wonderful job. We have arrested so many suspects and charged them with murder. Some of them are at Kamiti Maximum Security Prison, while others are at Shimo La Tewa Prison. So, we are going to investigate this murder. If necessary, I will report back to Parliament and tell hon. Members whom we will have arrested and charged in court."
