    "content": "Members brought the issue of international conventions that we have signed in relation to human rights and health is one of them. We have noted this. The Committee will work hard to make sure that this facility works and supports that. Members decried the fact that we have 24 Intensive Care Unit beds lying idle while people have been looking for ICU beds. I thank the Members and request that we support this Report. Pursuant to Standing Order No. 50 and 53, I request that the putting of the Question on this Motion be deferred. I beg to reply."
