    "content": "The Constituency Digital Innovation Hub is a good concept but I wish we could invest in the infrastructure before we roll out this project. I am happy the Report released by the NG-CDF Committee alluded to this. This programme will spur massive broadband investment and will also support the other important initiative of the Government like the Digital Literacy Programme for Schools, the Big Four Agenda and Vision 2030."
