    "content": " Thank you. This is a very good Motion because we are in the frontier of ICT. Businesses are transacted nowadays through the internet. We are a global village and that means for us to take advantage of the essence of being a global village, we must have access to internet and Wi-Fi, e-commerce and e-governance are done through the internet. Job advertisements and procurement of essential Government services are done through the internet. So, all these facilities are currently available mostly in urban areas. If this is extended to all parts of the country, it means everyone will take advantage of these facilities."
