We have seen in most of our Facebook pages and social networks persons tend to abuse the facilities that are accorded to them. There is a lot of abuse especially from the youth who go beyond their limit by virtue of having free internet and network facilities. Defamatory messages, abuse and uncouth materials are shared on platforms courtesy of having free Wi-Fi."
